Although the north of Bulgaria is populated by nuclear power stations with more on order!
The south has much unspoilt beauty to offer you either as a tourist or living here.

How about builders in Bulgaria!
Buying a cheap house in Bulgaria when it will no doubt require complete renovation or purrrhaps even demolition and a re-build, you may wish to use local workmen builders with an English Expat expert builder leading the team
You may wish to employ a site manager who is an English Expat and who may understand you a bit more than the local Bulgarians.
Obviously there are camp sites in Bulgaria, but to know you can pitch your tent, or park your caravan, in peace, quiet and beautiful surroundings, where adults and bikers are made more than welcome, you could choose Tree Pigs and Making Bacon as your southern Bulgaria camp site!

THE BORDER
SOUTHERN BULGARIA – NORTHERN GREECE
The border opening at Makaza pass between Kirkovo Kardzhali and Komotini northern Greece will soon be open.
This border has been promised to be opened since 2003.
The tunnels are in place in Greece and the bridges are under construction.
It is alledged that the road should be open beginning of September 2011 to light traffic.
